Cedar-plank Salmon with Soy Sauce-honey Glaze


1⁄4 cup brown sugar

1⁄2 cup salt

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

3 tbsp togarashi (Japanese pepper)

1⁄4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp fish sauce

2 tsp grated ginger

1⁄4 cup rice vinegar

2 tsp sesame oil

1 whole side salmon, skin on Cedar plank, soaked 3-4 hours in liquid of choice
