This week, ahead of Charleston City Paper‘s 20th Anniversary Issue, Quintin Washington sat down with CP co-owner and former editor Stephanie Barna to chat about the paper’s place in our community and local issues bearing down on the area.
Stephanie was editor of the paper for 17 years from its beginning in 1997 until 2014, also serving as cuisine editor during that time. Suffice it to say, she’s seen a few changes around town.

As always, Quintin is still going strong with 769 uploads on his YouTube channel, sometimes posting two or more “Close-Up” interviews a day. Sometimes, Quintin still scores a chat with newsmakers before us, the P&C, or TV media do. Quintin was the subject of a CP cover story one year ago this week.
