French Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp butter


In a bowl whisk the eggs. Add in the heavy cream and salt, and whisk until smooth. Meanwhile heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the butter, heating until melted. Add the eggs and whisk constantly until eggs are set and very creamy. Serve.


While this recipe is simple, it takes time to constantly whisk the eggs.

Serve with a side of toasted crusty bread.
