This week the Gaillard Center announced their new Director of Development, Catherine Brack. The position is new to the Gaillard Management Company, the 501c3 responsible for operation, programming, and education at the Gaillard Center.
As director of development Brack will work with individuals, local businesses, and community leaders to provide funding support for the operation of the center, the production of performing arts programming, and curriculum-based education programming.
Brack has been working for nonprofit organizations for two decades and has managed her own consulting practice, Catherine Brack + Associates. She has served as the director of development for the Center for Democracy & Technology, a global online civil liberties and human rights organization; managed a portfolio of PBS’s nationally distributed television programs and secured corporate underwriting for a range of shows; and worked as the marketing director of Spivey Hall, a classical and jazz music performance venue on the campus of Clayton College and State University.
