Recipe: How to Make Baked Sweet Potato and Carrot Soup


2 large sweet potatoes

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

3 medium carrots

½ tsp Himalayan pink salt (you can also use regular salt)

Cracked pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp olive oil

5 Tbsp unflavored whey protein (optional, but makes it creamy)

2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk

Sour cream for garnish (optional)
