Recipe: How to Make Bourbon-Marinated Smoked Salmon


For the marinade:

2 Tbsp bourbon

3 Tbsp brown sugar

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

4 boneless, skinless salmon filets

Salt and pepper to taste

For the sour cream sauce:

½ cup sour cream

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp finely chopped dill

1 tsp lemon juice

Special equipment:

Cherry wood chips
