In a large mason jar add the starbursts and everclear. Let sit for 3 days, shaking the jar randomly to make sure the candy is dissolved.
To make a Cocktail: In a cup filled with ice mix 2 oz of the moonshine with 4 oz lemon-lime soda, and 1 oz grenadine. Stir and serve.
