Roasted Kabocha Squash

Cook Time: 35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kabocha squash, deseeded and cut into thin wedges
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Drizzle the olive oil on the squash and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Roast until a fork can be inserted easily, about 30 minutes. Serve.

Notes

You can tell the squash is tender when a fork is inserted easily.


Drizzle on some maple syrup if desired.
